ORDINANCE 739
AN ORDINANCE VACATINGANDCLOSING PORTIONS OF PARK STREET, MAPLE STREET, ________________STREET,ANDREPEALING PRIOR INCONSISTENT ORDINANCES
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Rich Hill, Missouri, as follows:
Section 1. That the portions of streets as hereinafter set out are hereby vacated and closed to public travel.
(a) That part ofPark Streetwhich extends from the point where it intersects with the west right of way line of relocated Route 71 east to the east city limits:
(b) That part ofMaple Streetwhich extends from the point where it intersects the west right of way line of relocated Route 71 east to the east city limits;
(c) That part of _________Street which extends from the point where it intersects the west right of way line of relocated Route 71 east to the east city limits;
(d) That part of ________Street which extends from the point where it intersects the west right of way line of relocated Route 71 east to the point where it intersects with the service road of relocated Route 71, which point is 300 feet west of the east city limits.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances which are in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
