ORDINANCE NO. 736
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING ANDDIRECTING THE MAYOR OF THE CITYOF RICH HILL, MISSOURITO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE STATE HIGHWAYCOMMISSION DATED THE 25TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1969, SETTING FORTH THE DUTIESAND OBLIGATIONS OF THECITY OFRICH HILL CONCERNINGNEW ROUTE OF HIGHWAY #71
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Rich Hill, Missouri as follows:
Section 1: The Mayor of the City of Rich Hill, Missouri is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract with the State Highway Commission dated the 25th day of February, 1969, setting forth the duties and obligations of the City of Rich Hill concerning new route of Highway #71; that a true and correct copy of said contract is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
Read three times and passed this 25th day of February, 1969.
