Wristbands are $15.00 if bought before 11 am on June 30, 2017 or $20.00 at the Carnival. Purchase at Security Bank or Food Fair
Wristbands can only be used from 6 to 11 pm the nights of June 30 through July 3rd. No wristbands on the 4th of July

All activities are near or in the West Park unless otherwise noted
It is our goal to make this celebration a safe and pleasurable experience for any and all who come to our community to participate in the many activities, enjoy the carnival, and to view our parade and spectacular fireworks display.
The following guidelines, in accordance with city ordinances, are being issued as a reminder to assist us in meeting our goal.
- No unauthorized vehicles or ATV’s are allowed in the city parks.
- No alcohol is allowed in the city parks.
- No fireworks are allowed in the city parks. Bottle rockets and other fireworks with an aerial trajectory are prohibited in the city limits of Rich Hill.
- No horses are allowed in the city parks.
- No animals are allowed at any public function, with the exception of seeing eye dogs, hearing dogs, governmental police dogs or any animal participating in an exhibition. Those participating in an exhibition must leave the area immediately following the event.
Please throw candy as far from vehicles as possible.
Parents please keep children from collecting candy that lands in the street while parade is still going on.
