AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH THE COMPENSATION FOR THE CITY MARSHAL FOR HIS TERM OF OFFICE BEGINNING UPON HIS

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Rich Hill, Missouri, as follows:
The established compensation for the office of City Marshal would be applicable to the City Marshal newly appointed to fill the vacated term until the next election.
Section 1. RATE OF PAY
The City Marshal shall be paid a salary of $60.00 each month at the time of his oath of office.
(a) A workweek shall begin at12:01 a.m.on Monday and end atmidnighton Sunday night of each week. Timesheet shall be turned in to City Hall on the first Monday of each month and to be paid on the following Friday.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval as provided by law.
Any ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance is hereby appealed.
Read two times and passed this 27th day of April 2010.
