1179 – Bill No. 159 Repealing Code Book and Stating Active Ordinances of the City

BILL NO 159                                      ORDINANCE NO 1179

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REPEALING OF THE CODE BOOK OF THE CITY OF RICH HILL, MISSOURI; PROVIDING A LIST OF ACTIVE ORDINANCES; AND THE REPEAL OF CERTAIN ORDINANCES NOT INCLUDED WITHIN.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF RICH HILL, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1:  Repealing the Rich Hill City Code.

The Code entitled “Rich Hill City Code” published by Municipal Code Corporation consisting of chapters 1 through 23; each inclusive, adopted by the City of Rich Hill December 11, 1990 is hereby repealed.

Section 3:  Repealing of Ordinances

All ordinances passed before the passage of this ordinance and have not been listed in Section 2 are hereby repealed.

 

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Board of Aldermen as provided by law.
