EASEMENT AGREEMENT NO 847
This easement made and entered into this 12th day of October 1977 by and between Larmer Gibson and the City of Rich Hill.
I, Larmer Gibson, do hereby agree to allow the City of Rich Hill to have cleaned out by dozing our adjoining fence row, which is located on the Eastern boundary of the Greenlawn Cemetery. I understand the total cost will be $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars) of which I do hereby agree to pay one-half the cost amounting to $50.00(Fifty Dollars). The City of Rich Hill will pay the remaining half.
I do also agree to allow the brush from the North Half to be pushed (east) to my side of the fence row. The South Half of the fence row brush will be pushed to the (west) City’s cemetery side.
