RESOLUTION NO. 827

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RICH HILL, MISSOURI

BOARD OF ALDERMEN

A resolution accepting a grant offer from the United State Environmental Protection Agency and agreeing to all the terms and conditions of such offer.

     WHEREAS, under the terms of the Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972 (PL92-500) the United States of America has offered a grant in the amount of $1,135,120 to aid in the construction of a sanitary sewer system for the City of Rich Hill, Missouri, that the grant offer and all the terms and conditions of such offer are accepted, and BEING IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Mayor W. H. Thelen is hereby authorized on behalf of the City of Rich Hill to sign the grant agreement. 

CERTIFICATE OF RECORDING OFFICER

     The undersigned duly qualified and acting City Clerk of the City of Rich Hill, Missouri, does hereby certify:  that the above resolution is a true and correct copy of the Resolution authorizing the acceptance of a grant in aid from the United States of America Environmental Protection Agency as regularly adopted at a legally convened meeting of the Rich Hill Board of Aldermen, duly held on the 10 day of August, 1976; and, further, that such Resolution had been fully recorded in the journal of proceedings in my office.  IN WITNESS WHERE, I have hereto set my hand this 13 day of August, 1976.
