RESOLUTION NO. 826

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF RICH HILL, MISSOURI

BOARD OF ALDERMEN

A resolution accepting a grant offer from the State of Missouri and agreeing to all the terms and conditions of such offer.

Whereas, under the terms of the Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972 (PL92-500) the United States of America has offered a grant in the amount of $1,135,120 to aid in the construction of sewer system improvements for the City of Rich Hill, Missouri, such project designated as No. C290715 02, AND WHEREAS, the State of Missouri, thru the Missouri Clean Water Commission, has also offered a grant in the amount of $227,024 to aid in the construction of Project No. 290715 02. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen on behalf of the City of Rich Hill, Missouri, that the grant offer from the State of Missouri and all the terms and conditions of such offer are accepted and, BEING IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Mayor W.H. Thelen is hereby authorized on behalf of the City of Rich Hill, Missouri to sign the grant acceptance 

CERTIFICATE OF RECORDING OFFICER

The undersigned duly qualified and acting City Clerk of the City of Rich Hill, Missouri, does hereby certify:  that the above resolution is a true and correct copy of the Resolution authorizing the acceptance of a grant in aid from the State of Missouri as regularly adopted at a legally convened meeting of the Rich Hill Board of Aldermen duly held on the 10^th day of August, 1976; and, further, that such Resolution has been fully recorded in the journal of proceedings in my office.  IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereto set my hand this 13^th day of August 1976.
