RESOLUTION NO. 822 

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF AN APPLICATION WITH THEMISSOURIDIVISION OF HEALTH, FOR A CONSTRUCTION GRANT.

     Be it resolved by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Rich Hill that W. H. Thelen, Mayor, is hereby authorized to execute and file an application on behalf of the City of Rich Hill with the State of Missouri for a grant to aid in the construction of sewer system improvements and he is hereby authorized and directed to furnish such information as the Missouri Division of Health may reasonably request in connection with such application and to sign all necessary documents and receive payments. 

CERTIFICATE OF RECORDING OFFICER

     The undersigned duly qualified and acting City Clerk of the City of Rich Hill, Missouri, does hereby certify:

     That the attached resolution is a true and correct copy of the Resolution authorizing the filing of application with the Missouri Division of Health as regularly adopted at a legally convened meeting of the City of Rich Hill duly held on the 11^th day of May, 1976, and further that such resolution has been fully recorded in the journal of proceedings and records in my office.
