AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY BETWEEN BLOCKS 30 AND 35 OF SPERRY’S ADDITION TO THE CITY OFRICH HILL,BATES COUNTY,MISSOURI

Be it ordained and Enacted by the Council of the City ofRich Hill, State ofMissouri, as follows:

Article I

That the alley between Blocks 30 and 35 of Sperry’s Addition to the City of Rich Hill, Bates County, Missouri be vacated.
