ORDINANCE 715
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF RICH HILL, MISSOURI, TO ENTER INTO A LEASE FOR A TERM OF FIFTY YEARS WITH AMERICAN LEGION PARK ASSOCIATION FOR A PUBLIC PARK.
Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Rich Hill, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The mayor of the City of Rich Hill, Missouri, is hereby authorized and directed to execute a lease with American Legion Park Association for a term of fifty years for property to be used as a public park.
Section 2. A copy of said lease is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
Read three times and passed this 4th day of May 1967.
