0454 – Vacating Part of 10th Street-Pine & Elm

ORDINANCE 454 

AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL THAT PART OF 10TH STREET, LYING SOUTH OF THE ALLEY BETWEEN PINE AND ELM STREETS, SOUTH TO THE RIGHT OF WAY OF THE ST. LOUIS AND SAN FRANCISCO RAILWAY WHERE IT CROSSES SAID 10TH STREET AND BETWEEN BLOCKS 96 AND 97 IN THE TOWN COMPANY’S FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF RICH HILL, MISSOURI. 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMAN OF THE CITY OF RICH HILL, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1.  That all that part of Tenth (10) street lying between the south line of the alley between Pine and Elm Streets and Right of Way of The St. Louis and San Francisco Railway where it crosses said Tenth (10) Street said portion of Street lying between blocks 96 and 97 in the Town Company’s First Addition to the City of Rich Hill, Missouri, be and the same is hereby vacated as a public Street for public uses.

Section 2.  This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage and approval.

Read three times passed and approved this 28 day of May 1918
