VACATING A PART OF EIGHTH AND ALMOND STREET
An ordinance vacating all that part of Eighth Street lying South of Cedar Street, said Street being commonly called Almond Street, and between blocks twenty-four and twenty-five (24 and 25) in Reif’s Addition to the City of Rich Hill.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMAN OF THE CITY OF RICH HILL AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That all the part of Eighth Street lying south of Cedar Street, said Street being commonly called Almond Street, and between blocks twenty-four and twenty-five (24 and 25) in Reif’s Addition to the City of Rich Hill, be and the same is hereby vacated as a public street for public uses.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
Passed and approved this 25th day of August 1891.
