OPENING FIFTH STREET
An Ordinance to establish and open as a public highway all that part or portion of lot six in block seventy-five lying west of the east line of Fifth Street in the City of Rich Hill
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMAN OF THECITYOFRICH HILL, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That all that part, or portion of lot six (6) in block seventy-five (75) in the City ofRich Hill, lying west of the east line ofFifth Streetis hereby established as a public highway, being a continuation of saidFifth Streetand a widening of the street around West Park over said premises.
Section 2. That the owners of property in and along said premises declared established as a public highway in section one of this ordinance are required to move all obstructions from the same on or before the 1st day of April 1890.
Section 3. The Street Commissioner is hereby authorized and instructed to cause said premises as described to be opened according to law.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, approval and publication.
