VACATING ALLEY IN BLOCK NINE OF THE RICH HILL TOWN COMPANY’S FIRST ADDITION TO THE CITY OF RICH HILL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMAN OF THECITYOFRICH HILLAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That portion of the alley twenty feet wide running east and west through block nine (9) of the Rich Hill Town Company’s First Addition to the City of Rich Hill, described as follows: Beginning on the east side of Sixth (6) Street at a point 140 feet south of the south line of Popular Street running thence south 20 feet, thence east 140 feet, thence north 20 feet, thence west 140 feet to the place of beginning, be and the same is hereby vacated as a public alley for public uses.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, approval and publications.
